Specialized committees of the shareholders committee

The four specialized committees of the shareholders committee are:

  • the Nuclear Propulsion Skills and Strategy Committee,
  • the Offers Committee,
  • the Audit Committee,
  • the Nominations and Compensation Committee.

They have formally defined attributions and in particular are tasked with examining certain matters before they are presented to the full meeting of the shareholders committee.

The Nuclear Propulsion Skills and Strategy Committee

Role and attributions:

  • Monitoring of the Company's strategic issues and of the challenges of maintaining skills relative to Nuclear Propulsion, verification of the relevance of proposed budgets and long-term plan with a view to maintaining skills relative to Nuclear Propulsion.

The Offers Committee

Role and attributions:

  • This committee examines proposals related to activities from an amount of more than 20 million euros, and other proposals submitted by the Chief Executive Officer when they are considered sensitive

The Audit Committee

Role and attributions:

  • Supervises and monitors matters pertaining to the development and control of financial and accounting information.

The Nominations and Compensation Committee

Role and attributions:

  • Suggestions and recommendations to the shareholders committee for the selection of the CEO.
  • Compensation of the CEO.
  • Interviews of candidates to the Executive Committee proposed by the CEO.
  • Review of corporate social responsibility objectives and monitoring of gender parity.
