18 November 2025

WNE took place from November 4 to 6 in Villepinte. As an international trade exhibition for players in the civil nuclear sector, it has become a regular event for TechnicAtome, which showcases its expertise in small modular reactors.

The event drew a large crowd and provided an opportunity to engage with clients, industrial and institutional partners, and suppliers. Also, students and recent graduates,  came to submit their resumes and discuss career opportunities at TA.

TA booth highlighted recent technological innovations and the Jules Horowitz Research Reactor (RJH) project, which attendees could even visit via augmented reality. TechnicAtome is contributing to the design of the RJH for the CEA and supplying the main components of the reactor core.

TA applies its expertise across all fields of nuclear engineering and its design experience to low-power nuclear reactor projects in order to contribute to decarbonization solutions. TechnicAtome’s new strategic plan, adopted in October 2025 and setting the roadmap for the next 10 years, reinforces the importance of civil nuclear power in the company’s activities.

WNE  provided an opportunity to celebrate TechnicAtome’s membership in GIFEN, the association of nuclear industry actors. This membership reflects the TechnicAtome’s commitment to engaging with the entire sector on industry developments, employment prospects, and the expectations and challenges of the supply chain. This participation also further strengthen technical partnerships and expertise.

The 2025 edition of WNE  was a resounding success, with 1,100 exhibitors (800 in 2023) and 30,000 registered visitors (23,000 in 2023), confirming the current momentum of the civil nuclear industry worldwide.
