We maintain and develop a culture of health and safety by continuously ensuring that all employees are on board. Employees are encouraged to take an active role in their daily work and to foster a shared sense of vigilance so that everyone looks out for themselves and others. Training is an essential pillar of our approach. Our employees receive training in the fundamentals of health, safety, and security tailored to their specific roles.

An 5-point action plan

Our ambition is to get as close as possible to “zero accidents.” The Safety, Security, Health, Environment, and Sustainable Development Department works daily to analyze and prevent risks, engage employees, monitor current regulations, and review lessons learned from past incidents. At the local level, site safety engineers and their teams are responsible for identifying hazardous situations, preventing them, and addressing incidents in collaboration with operational teams.

Some employees are potentially exposed to ionizing radiation. Dosimetry monitoring is carried out by radiation protection advisors. TechnicAtome goes beyond regulatory standards by adopting more ambitious criteria for radiation protection.

Safety of Our Industrial Facilities

TechnicAtome’s safety policy outlines the commitments of the company, its employees, and its partner companies to ensure the highest level of nuclear safety for our products, operations, and related transportation. It applies to all of the company’s activities, from project design to on-site operations. Inspections are conducted regularly by both internal and external entities.
