TechnicAtome and Défense Mobilité signend an agreement

18 September 2024

Technicatome is partnering with the Ministry of the Armed Forces to facilitate the career transition of military personnel, wounded service members, and their spouses.

On Friday, September 12, TechnicAtome and Défense Mobilité—the Ministry of the Armed Forces’ service for career transition and professional reorientation—signed a three-year cooperation agreement. This agreement promotes and facilitates access to employment at TechnicAtome for military personnel and wounded service members from the Ministry of the Armed Forces who are transitioning to civilian careers.

It gives TechnicAtome access candidates from various branches of the military who can leverage their experience—particularly submariners seeking to pursue the second half of their careers in nuclear propulsion.

“Becoming a major partner of Défense Mobilité is a significant opportunity for TechnicAtome, as it opens doors for us and will help us recruit candidates with highly valuable experience,” said Marie Perrot, Director of Human Resources at TechnicAtome.

TechnicAtome will participate in Défense Mobilité’s job fairs and will be able to post job openings on a dedicated platform.
Service members transitioning to civilian careers will be supported by the Défense Mobilité program, which will submit targeted applications for positions identified by TA.
Dedicated representatives from Défense Mobilité and TA will provide specialized support to facilitate and implement this collaboration.
