Safety : we talk about it, we take it seriously

Engaging employees and encouraging them to take an active role in safety every day: TechnicAtome has launched a new safety initiative with an accompanying communication campaign featuring a bold tone, bright colors, and short, impactful messages. The campaign’s tagline—“Safety here: We talk about It, we pay attention”—embodies the principle of shared vigilance, encouraging everyone to look out for themselves and others.

This new initiative is based on the observation that the majority of workplace accidents at TA occur during routine work situations, outside of operational activities. It includes an action plan built on three pillars: safety culture, commitment, and performance. A comprehensive prevention program is being rolled out, featuring training sessions, workshops, and events.
