More than 2100 employees at TechnicAtome

TechnicAtome has met its target, surpassing the 2,100-employees on permanent contracts by the end of 2024.

To support its workload plan, TechnicAtome has been conducted a proactive recruitment strategy for several years. Between 2017 and 2024, the workforce grew by more than 40%.

For the past two years, TechnicAtome has been diversifying its efforts to recruit key talent in a tight labor market highly sought after by various players in the nuclear industry. In addition to the student career fairs the company attends each year (38 in 2024), TechnicAtome is developing partnerships with schools. TA also organizes specific events (jobdatings and after-works…) to meet candidates and increase the company’s visibility. The most recent event, held in 2024 at the Aix-en-Provence site, brought together 150 people.

As the workforce grows, a two-day onboarding program is set up to provide personalized support for each new hire, enhance their understanding of the company, and facilitate the building of internal networks.
