100 : that’s the 2026 target : to recruit 100 engineers and technicians

TA surpassed the 2,200-employee mark on permanent contracts in early 2026; the workforce has grown by more than 40% between 2017 and 2025. Once again this year, to support the company’s growth and the activity, TechnicAtome is recruiting numerous employees in its engineering, operations, and maintenance fields.

A first jobdating will be hled on March24 in Saint Paul Lez Durance,  targeting about 40 technician positions in operations (reactor operator, electrical technician, electromechanical technicians, mechanical technicians, and instrumentation technicians) for the Cadarache site, the support base for nuclear propulsion where  about 30 testing facilities are used to conduct pre-commissioning tests and ensure the operational readiness of Navy vessels.

The jobdating will be an opportunity to learn about the projects and meet with managers and human resources teams. Everyone will be able to discuss their experiences and motivations at career booths and begin the recruitment process through quick interviews.
