TA reaches out to its future talent

Following the recruitment event on June 13 in Aix-en-Provence, TechnicAtome is continuing its efforts to recruit future talent. Over the course of two weeks, TA teams will travel to meet candidates by organizing four after-work events dedicated to recruiting technicians. During these casual gatherings, candidates will have the opportunity to learn about the various roles and job openings.

In an informal setting, at each stop on this “TA Tour,” technical, managerial, and human resources teams will be on hand to share their experiences and motivations, and to present the technological challenges involved in extraordinary projects—such as submarine and aircraft carrier propulsion systems—that will be part of the daily work of future recruits.

TechnicAtome is further expanding its operational teams to support large-scale projects, particularly in the field of naval nuclear propulsion. TA is recruiting senior technicians with educational backgrounds ranging from a vocational high school diploma to a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, maintenance, instrumentation, nuclear plant operations, and electronics for its sites in Cadarache (Saint Paul Les Durance) and Toulon.
