TechnicAtome sponsors “La petite galerie Cezanne” exhibition

On Tuesday, February 4, “La Petite Galerie Cezanne”  exhibition opened in Aix-en-Provence in the presence of the mayor of Aix-en-Provence and Rémi Clamens, director of the Aix facility.

TechnicAtome is a partner of this free exhibition on the painter Paul Cezanne, designed for young audience aged from 3 to 12 years old and running from February 4 through October 12, as part of its corporate philanthropy strategy in the regions where the company operates.

“TechnicAtome is proud to be associated with the Cezanne Year, and in particular with the ‘petite galerie,’ which combines culture and education—two values that are important to TA,” said Rémi Clamens.

Since 2023, TechnicAtome has been working with the city of Aix-en-Provence in support of the Cezanne Year, honoring the painter who remains closely associated with the city. TA contributed to the renovation of the interior (glass roof, decor, accessibility) of the Bastide Jas de Bouffan, which served as the painter’s home and studio for 40 years. TA is also helping to create a walking tour through the garden to explore the spots where the painter set up his easel to create his works. The estate will reopen its doors in June 2025 after about 10 years of renovation work.

In 2025, the city of Aix-en-Provence will celebrate the painter Paul Cezanne through a series of events. The first of these is “La petite galerie Cézanne” exhibition.  Designed to be interactive, the exhibition offers a glimpse into the painter’s world: his life, his family, his friends, the subjects he painted, and the colors he used. Through an immersive audiovisual experience, visitors are immersed in Cezanne’s works, and workshops held throughout the exhibition allow them to experiment with the painter’s creative process.
