TechnicAtome raises awareness about disabilities at work

For European Disability Employment Week, November 20–24, 2023, TA is raising awareness among its employees about disability through a program of lectures and a play.

TA commissioned the “GRAPHITO” theater troupe to create an original play on the theme of disability in the workplace to raise awareness about the issue. The troupe will tour TA’s various sites, and the performance will be interactive to encourage discussion. The four actors will portray everyday situations faced by people with disabilities in the context of their work and professional relationships; through a “mirror effect,” the play aims to elicit a reaction and prompt reflection on current practices.

In addition to these events, 30-minute presentations led by a consulting firm and TA’s disability liaisons will be organized. The presentations will address the inclusion of people with disabilities both in general terms and by drawing connections to the company’s specific context.
