A recruitment day at TechnicAtome
27 June 2023
On June 13, TechnicAtome hosted a recruitment day in Aix-en-Provence.
Throughout the day, more than 120 candidates came to learn about TA’s job openings and submit their resumes. Organized around business areas—engineering, technical and operations, and cross-functional roles—TA’s teams met with candidates to answer their questions and, for some, begin the recruitment process with quick interviews.
The day also featured presentations on the company and its flagship projects. An augmented reality workshop ran throughout the day, allowing participants to explore a reactor.
In 2023, TA plans to hire 200 people—engineers and technicians—on permanent contracts across all its engineering, operations, and maintenance fields. TA offers rewarding career paths and unique technological challenges. Barracuda nuclear attack submarines, third-generation ballistic missile submarines (SNLE 3G), the future nuclear-powered aircraft carrier (PA-Ng), and next-generation civilian reactors—small modular reactors (SMRs)—are among the projects that will keep the company’s new hires busy.
To support its sustained growth, TechnicAtome has hired more than 950 people since 2015, increasing its workforce from approximately 1,400 to 2,000 employees by 2023. More than 800 people have been hired in the South region.
