Framatome and TechnicAtome bought Segault SAS

March 31, 2025 – Framatome and TechnicAtome announced the acquisition of Segault SAS, a company owned by the Canadian group Velan Inc. Segault designs and manufactures a range of high-performance valves and fittings designed for extreme operating conditions, particularly in the civil nuclear and defense sectors. It enables Framatome and TechnicAtome to strengthen their respective business activities. Segault keeps its historic name and adopts a new visual identity.
