Civil nuclear : TechnicAtome participated to the Nuclear Industry Days
7 July 2026
TechnicAtome participated in the “Journées Perspectives de la Filière” (JPF – industry outlook days) organized in late June by GIFEN (the Association of French Nuclear Energy Industries). Key players in the nuclear industry gathered for two days to discuss the sector’s major challenges, focusing on industrial projects, recruitment needs, and future prospects.
Alongside all the principal companies, Nasrine Winther, Director of Development and Strategy, and Aurélie Hulard, Director of Operations, presented TechnicAtome’s vision for the coming years, particularly in the field of civil nuclear energy. While activities related to nuclear deterrence will continue to account for the majority of TechnicAtome’s business, its strategic plan reaffirms the dual focus on civil and defense activities, which will remain a priority with ongoing and future projects in both sectors.
During the roundtable discussion titled “Working Together: The Capacity and Commitment of a Sovereign Supply Chain,” Aurélie Hulard emphasized the importance of partnerships between prime contractors and suppliers, as well as supply chain management, in the context of the nuclear industry’s revival. “Partnership cannot be imposed; it must be embodied through concrete actions, including giving visibility into future requirements so that we can develop a comprehensive industrial vision, and establishing contractual mechanisms that enable our manufacturers to be more resilient over the long term.”
