2024 financial results

9 April 2025

The financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024, were approved by TechnicAtome’s Board of Directors on March 27, 2025.

At €633 million, TechnicAtome’s revenue showed significant growth compared to 2023, as expected. In line with the increase in business activity, the workforce surpassed the 2,100-employee mark, up 8%. These results, coupled with an operating margin in line with previous years, reflect sustained operational momentum that continues to strengthen the company’s fundamentals.

In 2024, projects progressed according to their projected schedules. Several new nuclear propulsion programs reached major milestones, including the commissioning of the second production-series Barracuda-class submarine, the Duguay-Trouin, and the contractual acceptance of the third submarine, the Tourville, by the project owner in November. Construction of the third-generation nuclear-powered ballistic missile submarines is proceeding in line with program objectives, and the order for long-lead-time supplies for the future next-generation aircraft carrier was placed last spring. Civil sector activities remained robust, particularly on the Jules Horowitz Reactor (RJH) project, where TechnicAtome is making a very significant contribution alongside the CEA.

“TechnicAtome continues to tackle the challenges it faces during these extraordinary times. We are more committed than ever, alongside our partners, to serving our customers, foremost among them the CEA and the DGA,” said Loïc Rocard, CEO of TechnicAtome.
